Baked chicken wings ^

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
10 ounces Bottle soy sauce
2 teaspoons Freshly grated gingerroot
\N \N OR-
1 teaspoon Powdered ginger
2 cloves Garlic, minced
⅓ cup Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Dark mustard
24 \N Chicken wings
\N \N Garlic powder

Mix soy sauce, ginger, garlic, brown sugar and mustard together. Blend well. Marinate chicken wings in this mixture at least 2 hours. Drain; reserving marinade. Preheat oven to 350. Place wings in baking dish and bake 1½ hours, turning and basting frequently. Discard any leftover marinade. Sprinkle with garlic powder and broil wings 1-2 minutes until crispy. Serve.
