Crusty chicken wings ^

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
24 \N Chicken wings
¼ cup Vegetable oil
1 cup Bread crumbs
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
¼ teaspoon Oregano
2 teaspoons Curry powder

Disjoint chicken pieces into three pieces. Save wing tips for another use. Brush remaining pieces with oil. Combine bread crumbs, salt, pepper, oregano and curry powder in a plastic bag. Add 6 pieces at a time, shake to coat. Repeat until all wings are coated. Preheat oven to 400. PLace chicken in large baking dish. Bake 35 minutes, until chicken is crispy outside and tender inside. Serve hot.
