Baked catfish parmesan #2

Ingredients

6Skinned catfish filets
1cupDry bread crumbs (plain; whole wheat or Italian)
¾cupGrated Parmesan cheese
¼cupChopped parsley
1teaspoonPaprika
½teaspoonOregano
¼teaspoonBasil
2teaspoonsSalt
½teaspoonPepper
cupButter or margarine; melted
Lemon wedges
Parsley

Directions

Clean, wash and pat fish dry. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, paprika, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Dip catfish in melted butter and roll in crumb mixture. Arrange fish in a well greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 375ø for about 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley. Yield: 6 servings.
