Baked beans supreme

Measure Ingredient
1 large Onion; chopped (1 c.)
1 Green pepper; cut into Pieces (1 inch)
1 Clove garlic; minced
2 tablespoons Water
1 can Lima beans; (17 oz.) drained
1 can Butter beans with molasses sauce and bacon; (15 1/2 oz.)
1 can Red kidney beans; (15 1/2 oz.) drained
1 can Garbanzo beans; (15 oz.) drained
1 can Sliced water chestnuts; (8 oz.) drained
¾ cup Ketchup
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon Pepper; (1/4 to 1/2)

In a 3 quart microwavesafe casserole, combine onion, green pepper, garlic and water. Microcook, covered, on 100% power (High) for 4 to 5 minutes or until onion and pepper are tender; drain. Stir in lima beans, undrained butter beans, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, water chestnuts, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Cook, covered, on High for 10 to 12 minutes (low watt oven, 20 to 22 minutes), stirring after every 5 minutes.
