1Green pepper; cut into Pieces (1 inch)
1Clove garlic; minced
2tablespoonsWater
1canLima beans; (17 oz.) drained
1canButter beans with molasses sauce and bacon; (15 1/2 oz.)
1canRed kidney beans; (15 1/2 oz.) drained
1canGarbanzo beans; (15 oz.) drained
1canSliced water chestnuts; (8 oz.) drained
¾cupKetchup
2tablespoonsBrown sugar
1tablespoonDijon-style mustard
1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
¼teaspoonPepper; (1/4 to 1/2)

Directions

In a 3 quart microwavesafe casserole, combine onion, green pepper, garlic and water. Microcook, covered, on 100% power (High) for 4 to 5 minutes or until onion and pepper are tender; drain. Stir in lima beans, undrained butter beans, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, water chestnuts, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Cook, covered, on High for 10 to 12 minutes (low watt oven, 20 to 22 minutes), stirring after every 5 minutes.
