|2 cups||Strawberries, halved|
|2||Plums, pitted, cut into eighths|
|1||Peach, pitted, cut into eighths|
|⅓ cup||Sweet white wine vanilla ice cream|
================DIRECTIONS============================ Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Place fruit in 8-inch square glass baking dish.
Sprinkle with sugar. Pour wine over fruit. Bake until fruit is tender about 20 minutes. Cool slightly. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
