Yield: 12 Waffles
|1 cup||(8 oz.) sour cream|
|1 tablespoon||Butter or margarine, melted|
|2 cups||Pancake or biscuit/baking mix|
|6||To 8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled|
|1 cup||(4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese|
In a medium bowl, beat egg; add milk, sour cream and butter. Stir in pancake mix; mix well. Fold in bacon and cheese. Bake in a preheated waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions until golden brown.
