Bacon and cheese waffles

Ingredients

| 1 | Egg | |
| 1 | cup | Milk | 
| 1 | cup | (8 oz.) sour cream | 
| 1 | tablespoon | Butter or margarine, melted | 
| 2 | cups | Pancake or biscuit/baking mix | 
| 6 | To 8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled | |
| 1 | cup | (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese | 
Directions
In a medium bowl, beat egg; add milk, sour cream and butter. Stir in pancake mix; mix well.  Fold in bacon and cheese. Bake in a preheated waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions until golden brown.
