Bacon & cheese waffles

Ingredients

1cup(8 oz.) sour cream
1tablespoonButter or margarine, melted
2cupsPancake or biscuit/baking mix
6To 8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1cup(4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

In a medium bowl, beat egg; add milk, sour cream and butter. Stir in pancake mix; mix well. Fold in bacon and cheese. Bake in a preheated waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions until golden brown.
