Aunt mary's hot peppers

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Hot peppers, (long fryers)
Olive oil
3 To 4 cloves garlic, (chopped)
1 small Can Italian plum tomatoes

Salt

Remove stem and seeds from peppers. <-(CAUTION)-> WEAR RUBBER GLOVES AND/OR WASH HANDS AFTER.

Saute peppers and garlic in oil for about 10 minutes. Crush 2-3 tomatoes with fork and add to fry pan. Saute for another 20 minutes.

Season with salt.
