Really hot, hot pepper jelly

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Ground bell pepper
¾ cup Ground hot peppers
6½ cup Sugar
1½ cup Cider vinegar
1 \N Bottle Certo
¼ \N Tea green food color (optional)

Remove seeds from peppers, grind and save juice. Measure ground peppers with juice. Bring sugar, vinegar and peppers to rolling boil. Boil for 10 mins. Remove from heat. Add Certo and food color. Pour into sterilized jars.
