Au gratin potatoes #2

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Frozen hash browns; slightly thawed *OR*
58 ounces Hominy (2 large cans)
¼ cup Margarine
¼ \N Chopped onion
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
1 pounds Cheddar longhorn cheese
4 ounces Diced green chiles (1 can)
8 ounces Sour cream
10 ounces Cream of chicken soup (1 can)
\N \N Non-stick spray
\N \N Cornflake crumbs

Mix all ingredients together (except cornflakes) and spoon into sprayed 13- by 9-inch dish. Top with cornflake crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
