Ingredients

2poundsFrozen hash browns; slightly thawed *OR*
58ouncesHominy (2 large cans)
¼cupMargarine
¼Chopped onion
½teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonPepper
1poundsCheddar longhorn cheese
4ouncesDiced green chiles (1 can)
8ouncesSour cream
10ouncesCream of chicken soup (1 can)
Non-stick spray
Cornflake crumbs

Directions

Mix all ingredients together (except cornflakes) and spoon into sprayed 13- by 9-inch dish. Top with cornflake crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
