Party potatoes au gratin

Ingredients

| 1 | Stick butter | |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped green onion |
| ½ | cup | Chopped green pepper |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped pimento; undrained |
| 2 | teaspoons | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | tablespoon | Parsley flakes |
| 1 | teaspoon | Paprika |
| 6 | tablespoons | Flour |
| 4 | cups | Milk |
| 1 | cup | Sharp cheese; grated |
Directions
In melted butter put 6 tablespoons flour, add milk and other sauce ingredients. In a greased casserole, layer potatoes and cheese. Pour sauce over and cook in moderate oven 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
