Asparagus with lemon crumbs

Ingredients

| 1½ | pounds | Asparagus | 
| 3 | tablespoons | Butter | 
| Juice of 1 lemon | ||
| ⅓ | cup | Bread crumbs | 
| Twisted lemon rind | ||
| Salt & pepper | ||
Directions
1.  Place asparagus and butter in a large skillet.  Cover and cook over medium high heat 10 minutes, stirring frequently. 
2.  Transfer asparagus to a serving platter. 
3.  Add lemon juice to skillet, then bread crumbs. 
4.  Cook, stirring constantly, approx. 3 minutes, until bread crumbs are crisp.
5.  Sprinkle crumbs over asparagus.  Garnish with twisted lemon rinds and serve.
