Asian pesto pasta

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Condensed chicken broth undiluted
2 tablespoons Reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons Fish sauce
1 tablespoon Grated fresh ginger
1 \N Jalapeno; seeded and chopped
¼ cup Finely chopped fresh basil
¼ cup Finely chopped fresh cilantro
¼ cup Finely chopped fresh mint
12 ounces Linguine; cooked without salt or fat

Combine first 8 ingredients; pour over linguine and toss gently.

Serve immediately.

Per serving: 234 calories (4% from fat), 0.9 g fat (⅒ g saturated), 0 mg cholesterol, 272 mg sodium, 46.7 g carbohydrate, 1½ g fiber and 8 g protein.
