Artichoke cheese squares

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
8 Egg whites
1 Clove garlic; crushed
1 can Artichoke hearts packed in water (drain and chop)
¼ cup Dry bread crumbs
1 cup Grated non fat cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons Chopped parsley
2 tablespoons Onion flakes
2 tablespoons Fresh basil
1 dash Pepper
1 dash Tabasco

From: "MIKE SHOCKLEY" <Newshock@...> Date: Thu, 18 Jul 96 23:28:04 UT Spray a 9 x 9 pan lightly with pam. Beat egg whites till foamy and stir in all other ingredients. Pour into dish. Cook at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Let cool and cut into squares.
