Apricot cream-filled waffles

1tablespoonHoney
cupCanned apricot halves; drained and chopped
8Frozen waffles; toasted
½cupHungry Jack Microwave Ready Regular Syrup (from 1lb 8oz container)

Directions

In small bowl, combine cream cheese and honey; blend well. Stir in apricots. Spoon and spread apricot mixture onto 4 waffles. Top with remaining waffles. Serve with syrup.
