| Lemon juice, fresh, frozen, or canned 70's | ||
| 1 | cup | Celery slices |
| ¾ | cup | Tiny marshmallows |
| ½ | cup | Coarsely broken California walnuts |
| ⅓ | cup | Seedless raisins |
| ½ | cup | Mayonnaise or salad dressing |
| 8 | eaches | Lettuce cups |

Core just 4 of the apples and dice; sprinkle with lemon juice to keep color bright. Combine with celery, marshmallows, nuts, raisins and mayonnaise. Spoon mixture into lettuce cups. Core remaining apples; cut in ½-inch slices and brush with lemon juice. Form in pin wheel atop each salad. Center with additional raisins. Makes 8 servings.
