Spinach apple salad

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Sugar
1 cup Unpeeled apple; diced
¼ cup Sweet onions; chopped
¼ cup Raisins
2 cups Fresh spinach; torn
2 cups Romaine lettuce; torn

Add apple, onion and raisins; toss lightly to coat. Cover and let stand for 10 min. Just before serving, combine spinach and romaine in a large salad bowl; add dressing and toss. Yield: 4-6 servings.
