Measure | Ingredient |

⅓ cup | Lightly packed brown sugar |
⅓ cup | Oats |
3 tablespoons | Whole wheat flour |
2 tablespoons | Margarine; melted |
⅔ cup | Granulated white sugar |
3 tablespoons | All purpose flour |
2 cups | Slices apples |
2 cups | Diced rhubarb; diced |
1 cup | Cranberries; fresh or frozen |
TOPPING
FILLING
1. Combine all topping ingredients in a bowl, and mix well.
2. In a separate bowl, combine sugar and flour 3. Add fruit to flour mixture, and toss to coat.
4. Spoon fruit mixture into a 2 litre baking dish, sprinkle with topping mixture
5. Bake at 375 for 40-50 minutes until fruit is tender.
NOTES: Serve this quick and easy to prepare dish warm or at room temperature. For an extra special treat serve with a scoop of French Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
