Apple cinnamon quiche

Ingredients

1Apple; tart, shredded
2tablespoonsButter
7ouncesCheddar cheese; shredded, (aged Vermont)
110 inch pie crust; homemade
1tablespoonSugar
¼teaspoonCinnamon
3largesEggs
cupWhipping cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Saute the apple for 5 minutes in the butter.

Combine with the cheese and place in the pie shell. Combine the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the apple and cheese. In a bowl lightly whisk together the eggs and whipping cream, and pour over the apple and cheese.

Bake for 35 minutes or until set.
