Apple butterscotch muffins

Yield: 18 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Self rising flour
¼ cup Sugar
2 \N Eggs, beaten
1½ cup Milk
⅓ cup Salad oil
6 ounces Butterscotch chips
1 cup Apples, peeled and diced


Combine flour and sugar. Combine remaining ingredients; add all at once to flour mixture, stirring only until flour is moistened. Fill greased muffin cups ⅔ full. Bake at 425~ for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
