Apple jello salad

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Red Cinnamon Candy Drops
3 cups Boiling Water
3 packs (Small) Red Jello; <OR>
3 packs (Small) Combination Flavor Jello
2¼ cup Cold Water
4½ cup Grated Apples; unpeeled
1 cup Pecans; chopped

Dissolve ¾ cup red cinnamon candy drops in the boiling water. Add jello.

When all is dissolved and 2¼ cups cold water. Stir in 4 ½ cups grated apples and chopped pecans. Pour in mold or 9 x 13 pan. Chill till set.

Serve on lettuce leaf if desired.
