|8 eaches||Boneless, skinless chicken breasts|
|¼ cup||Ancho Chili Sauce|
|1 cup||Sesame seeds|
|½ cup||Poppy seeds|
|1 tablespoon||Onion powder|
|1 tablespoon||Mustard powder|
|½ cup||Tomato sauce|
Method: Mix all ingredients for sesame crust with Ancho Chili Sauce.
Coat chicken breast with mixture. Cook on an olive oil-coated sheet pan in oven at 375øF until done (approximately 10 to 15 minutes). Fan chicken breasts and serve with warm chili pepper-infused oil.
