Ancho chili sesame encrusted chicken breast

| 1 | cup | Sesame seeds | 
| ½ | cup | Poppy seeds | 
| 1 | tablespoon | Onion powder | 
| 1 | tablespoon | Mustard powder | 
| ¼ | cup | Honey | 
| ½ | cup | Tomato sauce | 
Directions
SESAME CRUST
Method: Mix all ingredients for sesame crust with Ancho Chili Sauce. 
Coat chicken breast with mixture. Cook on an olive oil-coated sheet pan in oven at 375øF until done (approximately 10 to 15 minutes). Fan chicken breasts and serve with warm chili pepper-infused oil.
