Spicy chicken breasts

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 teaspoon Chili powder
2 Cloves garlic; minced
½ teaspoon Oregano; or 2 tsp. fresh, chopped
¼ teaspoon Chili pepper flakes
¼ cup Red wine vinegar
¼ teaspoon Sugar
1½ pounds Boneless skinless chicken breast halves
¼ teaspoon Salt; or to taste

Prep: 5 min, Marinate: 30 min, Cook: 10 min.

Prepare grill or broiler. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small heavy skillet over medium heat. Saut‚ 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool 3 minutes. Stir in vinegar and sugar. Arrange chicken breasts in a baking dish. Pour marinade over chicken and turn to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes. Grill or broil chicken 5-6 minutes per side or until opaque throughout. Season with salt to taste.
