Spicy chicken breasts

| 1 | teaspoon | Chili powder |
| 2 | Cloves garlic; minced | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Oregano; or 2 tsp. fresh, chopped |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Chili pepper flakes |
| ¼ | cup | Red wine vinegar |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Sugar |
| 1½ | pounds | Boneless skinless chicken breast halves |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt; or to taste |
Directions
Prep: 5 min, Marinate: 30 min, Cook: 10 min.
Prepare grill or broiler. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small heavy skillet over medium heat. Saut 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool 3 minutes. Stir in vinegar and sugar. Arrange chicken breasts in a baking dish. Pour marinade over chicken and turn to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes. Grill or broil chicken 5-6 minutes per side or until opaque throughout. Season with salt to taste.
