½ cup | Mozzarella cheese; grated |
2 cups | Broccoli |
1 \N | Clove garlic; chopped |
1 cup | Turkey; cooked |
½ cup | Nonfat yogurt |
\N \N | Salt |
\N \N | Oregano |
Cook pasta according to directions. In mean time, grate mozz. Cook broccoli with garlic and small amt of water in microwave for approx 6 min. Cut up turkey. When pasta cooked, drain water off and return pasta to pan. Add cheese, broc, yogurt, turkey, and oregano. Add salt to taste.
