Amish peach pie

4cupsPeaches; peeled and sliced
½cupSugar
¼teaspoonSalt
tablespoonButter or margerine; melted
¼cupFlour
tablespoonTapioca
19\" unbaked pie shell
½teaspoonCinnamon
cupBrown sugar

Directions

CRUMBS

Mix together gently, peaches, sugar, salt and tapioca. Let belnd for 5 minutes before spooning into pie shell. Mix crumb ingredients well and sprinkle over pie shell.

Bake at 425 degrees F. for 45 to 50 minutes.
