American penn-dutch sausage

Measure Ingredient
5 pounds Pork butt, coarse ground
2 tablespoons Cloves, ground
2 tablespoons Salt
1 cup Cold Water
⅓ cup Sage
3 tablespoons Coriander
1 tablespoon Black pepper
