Yield: 8 Servings
|4 \N||Bananas; sliced|
|1½ cup||Oranges; diced|
|1 cup||Grapes, seedless|
|1 cup||Dates; chopped|
|4 tablespoons||Lemon juice|
|½ cup||Coconut, flaked|
|½ cup||Cranberry sauce, jellied|
|½ cup||Cream, whipping; whipped|
RED FRUIT SALAD DRESSING
Combine first 4 ingredients, and sprinkle with lemon juice; chill.
Before serving, toss lightly. Garnish with coconut, and serve with Red Fruit Salad Dressing.
Red Fruit Salad Dressing: Combine all ingredients, using a folding motion. Yield: 2 cups.
