1½ cup | Oranges; diced |
1 cup | Grapes, seedless |
1 cup | Dates; chopped |
4 tablespoons | Lemon juice |
½ cup | Coconut, flaked |
½ cup | Mayonnaise |
½ cup | Cranberry sauce, jellied |
½ cup | Cream, whipping; whipped |
RED FRUIT SALAD DRESSING
Combine first 4 ingredients, and sprinkle with lemon juice; chill.
Before serving, toss lightly. Garnish with coconut, and serve with Red Fruit Salad Dressing.
Red Fruit Salad Dressing: Combine all ingredients, using a folding motion. Yield: 2 cups.
