Fruit ambrosia salad

Yield: 10 servings

Measure Ingredient
5 Fresh peaches; peeled
2½ cup Fresh cherries; pitted
Banana; sliced
35 ounces Canned pineapple tidbits drained
500 grams Plain yogurt
10 tablespoons Mayonnaise
Salad greens
10 tablespoons Coconut, long-thread

Pit peaches; chop. Mix with cherries, banana and pineapple. Mix yogurt and mayonnaise. Toss with fruit until coated. Place on a bed of salad greens in a shallow salad bowl. Sprinkle with coconut.
