Fruit ambrosia salad

2½ | cup | Fresh cherries; pitted |
2½ | Banana; sliced | |
35 | ounces | Canned pineapple tidbits drained |
500 | grams | Plain yogurt |
10 | tablespoons | Mayonnaise |
Salad greens | ||
10 | tablespoons | Coconut, long-thread |
Directions
Pit peaches; chop. Mix with cherries, banana and pineapple. Mix yogurt and mayonnaise. Toss with fruit until coated. Place on a bed of salad greens in a shallow salad bowl. Sprinkle with coconut.
