Measure | Ingredient |

1 cup | Grated fresh coconut |
2 tablespoons | Sugar |
½ cup | Cream; whipped |
2 tablespoons | Confectioner's sugar |
Combine orange sections, coconut and sugar in 1-½ quart bowl. Combine cream and sugar; fold into fruit mixture. Refrigerate until serving time.
