Amaretto slush

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Boiling water
3 \N Regular tea bags
3½ cup Water
1½ cup Amaretto
1 cup Sugar
1 can (6-oz) frozen orange juice concentrate; thawed and undiluted
1 can (6-oz) frozen lemonade concentrate; thawed and undiluted
2 \N Bottles (33.8-oz) ginger ale; chilled

Here are some recipes for holiday season drinks, copied from Southern Living Magazine a few years ago: Pour boiling water over tea bags; cover and let stand 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and discard. Transfer tea to a 2-quart freezer container. Stir in 3½ C. water and next 4 ingredients. Cover and freeze until firm. To serve, partially thaw until slushy. Pour equal amounts of slush mixture and ginger ale into serving glasses. Yield: 1 gallon.
