Acapulco sunset spread

Yield: 16 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can Refried beans; (16 oz)
½ cup Old El Paso Homestyle Garden Pepper Salsa
8 ounces Neufchatel cheese; Softened
1 \N Avocado; pitted, peeled and chopped
1 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
½ pounds Shrimp; cooked, small
1 \N Tomato; Chopped
\N \N Fresh cilantro; Optional
\N \N Tortilla chips

1. In medium bowl, combine beans and salsa; mix well. Spread bean mixture onto serving plate.

2. In food processor bowl with metal blade or blender container, combine cheese, avocado and lime juice; process until well blended. Spread cheese mixture over bean mixture.

3. Top with shrimp and tomato; garnish or sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
