1(10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped
Spinach
2teaspoonsSalt
½teaspoonPepper (black)
1teaspoonCrushed red pepper
3tablespoonsHot sauce
2Capfuls vinegar

Directions

Fill large pot with water. Boil cows feet until tender, with salt, pepper (black and crushed), vinegar and hot sauce, then add spinach, carrots, onions and peas. Cook until almost done.
