Supreme scalloped corn

Ingredients

1can(1 pound) cream style corn (about 2 cups)
1cupMilk
1Egg, beaten
1cupCrushed cracker crumbs
¼cupMinced onion
3tablespoonsChopped pimento (optional)
¾teaspoonSalt
½cupButtered cracker crumbs (we use Ritz)

Directions

Heat corn and milk together, gradually stir in the egg. Add the next 4 ingredients and a dash of pepper; mix well. Pour into a greased 8 inch round casserole dish. Sprinkle with buttered cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
