Supreme scalloped corn

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can (1 pound) cream style corn (about 2 cups)
1 cup Milk
1 \N Egg, beaten
1 cup Crushed cracker crumbs
¼ cup Minced onion
3 tablespoons Chopped pimento (optional)
¾ teaspoon Salt
½ cup Buttered cracker crumbs (we use Ritz)

Heat corn and milk together, gradually stir in the egg. Add the next 4 ingredients and a dash of pepper; mix well. Pour into a greased 8 inch round casserole dish. Sprinkle with buttered cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
