Supreme scalloped corn

Ingredients

| 1 | can | (1 pound) cream style corn (about 2 cups) |
| 1 | cup | Milk |
| 1 | Egg, beaten | |
| 1 | cup | Crushed cracker crumbs |
| ¼ | cup | Minced onion |
| 3 | tablespoons | Chopped pimento (optional) |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | cup | Buttered cracker crumbs (we use Ritz) |
Directions
Heat corn and milk together, gradually stir in the egg. Add the next 4 ingredients and a dash of pepper; mix well. Pour into a greased 8 inch round casserole dish. Sprinkle with buttered cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
