Ingredients

2cupsPotatoes, diced and peeled
2cupsWater
½teaspoonDried oregano
½teaspoonSalt
teaspoonWhite pepper
12ouncesReg. crab meat
1cupWhole kernel corn
1largeTomato, peeled and chopped
1mediumSize green pepper, chopped
cupHalf and half

Directions

Put onions, potatoes, water, oregano, salt and pepper in a large kettle. Bring to boil, lower heat and cook slowly covered for 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Mix in crab meat, corn, tomatoes, green peppers. Continue cooking 5 minutes. Add half and half. Leave on low heat long enough to heat through. Serve at once or refrigerate one to two days, reheat over low heat. Do not boil.
