| 3 | cups | (7 oz. box) thin spaghetti, cooked |
| 2 | tablespoons | Margarine |
| 2 | Eggs, well beaten | |
| 12 | ounces | Ground turkey, veal or chicken |
| 1 | cup | Onion, chopped |
| 1 | teaspoon | Oregano |
| 4 | tablespoons | Parmesan cheese |
| 1 | cup | Cottage cheese |
| ¼ | cup | Green pepper, chopped |
Directions
Cook spaghetti. Stir in margarine into hot spaghetti. Stir in eggs and Parmesan cheese. Pour into a 9 inch pie dish sprayed with Pam.
Spread cottage cheese next. In a skillet cook turkey, onion and green pepper until tender and brown. Drain. Stir in sauce, sugar, oregano and garlic. Heat thoroughly, pour over cottage cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Add Mozzarella cheese and bake until cheese melts (5 to 7 minutes). Makes 6 servings.
