Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Melted butter
1 teaspoon Salt
cup Fine dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons Parsley
2 Cloves minced garlic
cup Sherry wine
½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
2 pounds Raw cleaned shrimp

Combine butter, salt, garlic, parsley, cayenne and bread crumbs.

Arrange shrimp in shallow 3 to 4 quart casserole and top with crumb mixture. Sprinkle all over with sherry. Bake at 375 degree oven for 15 minutes. Do not over cook. When topping has melted and slightly browned, serve. Submitted By BARRY WEINSTEIN On 03-13-95
