Measure Ingredient
1 cup Packed Brown Sugar
¼ cup Fresh Garlic, pulverized
¼ cup Fresh Ginger, pulverized
2 cups Shoyu (Soy Sauce)
4 pounds Chicken Thighs, trimmed

1. Combine the sugar, garlic, ginger and shoyu in a large bowl.

Marinate the thighs for 1 to 2 hrs. Pat dry.

2. Cook over white- hot coals for about 30 mins or until tender, turning often.
