Ingredients

| 1¼ | cup | + 1 tbls water |
| 3 | cups | Wheat bread flour |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 | tablespoons | Honey |
| 2 | tablespoons | Molasses |
| 2 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
| ⅔ | cup | Seeds; (pumpkin, flax, sunflower, etc.) |
| 3 | teaspoons | Active dry yeast |
Directions
Use the "extra kneed" process and add seed near end of the first kneed or use the whole wheat setting and ad seeds at beeper.
NOTE: I used a combination of equal portions of sunflower, flaxseed, & sesame seeds. Any combination of whatever you like will do.
