100% crunch (village bakery)

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1¼ cup + 1 tbls water
3 cups Wheat bread flour
1½ teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Honey
2 tablespoons Molasses
2 tablespoons Olive oil
⅔ cup Seeds; (pumpkin, flax, sunflower, etc.)
3 teaspoons Active dry yeast

Use the "extra kneed" process and add seed near end of the first kneed or use the whole wheat setting and ad seeds at beeper.

NOTE: I used a combination of equal portions of sunflower, flaxseed, & sesame seeds. Any combination of whatever you like will do.
