Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Lowfat cottage cheese, drained
1 each Tb apple juice concentrate
2 eaches Tb apple cider vinegar
1 each Egg white
2 eaches Tb fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon No salt added Dijon Mustard
¾ teaspoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Low sodium soy sauce

Place all ingredients in a food procesor fitted with the metal blade.

Process 4 Pour into a glass container, cover and refrigerate overnight. Makes 2½ cups.
