| ½ | cup | Brown Sugar |
| ¼ | cup | Lemon juice |
| ¼ | tablespoon | Garlic powder |
| ¼ | tablespoon | Onion powder |
Directions
Mix all ingredients and stir until dissolved. Brine fish 4 or more hours.
Rinse and dry. Rack and smoke. Use small fish or filet of large.
