Ingredients

| 1½ | tablespoon | Margarine |
| 2 | larges | Onions -- chopped |
| 1 | pounds | Mushrooms -- chopped |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 | Cloves Garlic -- minced | |
| 3 | cups | Chicken Broth |
| 1 | cup | Water |
| 1 | teaspoon | Italian Seasoning |
| 3 | tablespoons | Yogurt |
Directions
Heat the margarine in a saucepan. Add onions and saute until golden.
Add mushrooms, salt, and garlic and cook for 3 mins, stirring occasionally. Add broth and water and cook for 30 mins, stirring occasionally. Before serving place ½ Tbs. yogurt in each soup plate, pour soup over it and mix.
