Zuppa di funghi

Measure Ingredient
1½ tablespoon Margarine
2 larges Onions -- chopped
1 pounds Mushrooms -- chopped
½ teaspoon Salt
2 Cloves Garlic -- minced
3 cups Chicken Broth
1 cup Water
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
3 tablespoons Yogurt

Heat the margarine in a saucepan. Add onions and saute until golden.

Add mushrooms, salt, and garlic and cook for 3 mins, stirring occasionally. Add broth and water and cook for 30 mins, stirring occasionally. Before serving place ½ Tbs. yogurt in each soup plate, pour soup over it and mix.
