1Carrot -- diced
1Stalk Celery -- diced
2tablespoonsScallions -- chopped

10Mushrooms Sliced
¼poundsVermicelli

Directions

Bring the broth to boil, add carrots, celery, scallions and salt.

Simmer 12 mins. Add mushrooms and vermicelli. Stir well, Cook for about 15 mins and serve in hot bowls.
