Zuchini and sausage soup

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Zucchini, sliced
1 cup Celery, chopped
1 \N Onion, chopped
½ pounds Sausage
½ teaspoon Oregano
\N \N Salt
\N \N Pepper
½ teaspoon Basil
2 \N Cloves garlic, minced
1 \N Green pepper, chopped
28 ounces Tomatoes

Brown the sausage, remove from skillet. Add garlic, celery, onion, zucchini and gr pepper. Saute lightly, about 3 minutes. Add sausage, seasonings and tomatoes. Simmer, covered for 30 minutes. If soup becomes to thick, add chicken stock. Enjoy, Sheryl
