Zesty oil-free salad dressing

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Undiluted evaporated lowfat milk
½ cup Tomato sauce
2 tablespoons Cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 teaspoons Finely chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon Finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

In small bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate thoroughly. Serve over favorite salad ingredients. Makes 1¼ cups.
