Zesty oil-free salad dressing

| ½ | cup | Undiluted evaporated lowfat milk |
| ½ | cup | Tomato sauce |
| 2 | tablespoons | Cider vinegar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
| 2 | teaspoons | Finely chopped fresh parsley |
| 1 | teaspoon | Finely chopped onion |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dijon-style mustard |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
Directions
In small bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate thoroughly. Serve over favorite salad ingredients. Makes 1¼ cups.
