½teaspoonPrepared horseradish
¼teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonPepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir with a wire whisk until blended.

Cover and chill. Yield: 1 cup (serving size: 1 tablespoon).
