Yvonne's coffee cake

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Soft margarine
¾ cup White sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla
2 tablespoons STRONG coffee
2½ cup Sour cream
4 \N Eggs
4 cups Flour
2 teaspoons Baking soda
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt
½ cup White sugar
1 cup Raisins
8 tablespoons Cinnamon
4 tablespoons STRONG coffee
1 cup Chopped nuts
14 tablespoons STRONG coffee
¾ cup Brown sugar
2 tablespoons Vanilla

BLENDER

BOWL

MIX SEPERATELY

GLAZE

Add ingredients from blender to ingredients in bowl. Put half of batter into greased tube cake pan. Sprinkle raisin mixture all around middle of batter, top with remaining batter, and then remaining raisin mixture. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until inserted knife comes out clean. Allow to cool before removing from pan.
