2packs(10.5 oz.) of lowfat silken Tofu
½cupPlain nonfat yogurt or nonfat sour cream
2packsDry salad dressing mix ( I used no fat ranch)
1tablespoonLemon juice
1dashPepper
¼teaspoonSalt
1teaspoonDijon mustard
1tablespoonApple cider vinegar

Directions
