Yield: 2 cups
|2 eaches||Habeneros, seeds, and stems|
|\N \N||; removed and chopped|
|2 mediums||Tomatoes chopped|
|1 each||Purple onion, chopped|
|⅓ cup||Lime juice|
|3 tablespoons||Fresh cilantro, chopped|
Combine he chiles, tomatoes, onions, and lime juice in a bowl and mix well. Allow to sit for a couple of hours to blend the flavors. Just before serving, stir in the cilantro.
