2eachesHabeneros, seeds, and stems
; removed and chopped
2mediumsTomatoes chopped
1eachPurple onion, chopped
cupLime juice
3tablespoonsFresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

Combine he chiles, tomatoes, onions, and lime juice in a bowl and mix well. Allow to sit for a couple of hours to blend the flavors. Just before serving, stir in the cilantro.
