Measure | Ingredient |

2 eaches | Habeneros, seeds, and stems |

2 mediums | Tomatoes chopped |
1 each | Purple onion, chopped |
⅓ cup | Lime juice |
3 tablespoons | Fresh cilantro, chopped |
Combine he chiles, tomatoes, onions, and lime juice in a bowl and mix well. Allow to sit for a couple of hours to blend the flavors. Just before serving, stir in the cilantro.
