White drop cookie

Yield: 72 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Shortening
3 cups Sugar; creamed
4 eaches Eggs
1 cup Milk; sweet
5¼ cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda; dissolved in 1 /4 c. sour milk
4 teaspoons Baking powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg

This makes 6 dozen cookies..

Note: Combine ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets, bake in moderate 350 F. oven.
